For a meeting or a party
The conference center has 6 special areas fit for a meeting or a party. The biggest of them all is the Lake James Ball Room that has 6,000 square feet to offer to your 450 guests at a wedding. other types of meetings will hold a different amount of people. The smallest must be the Director’s Room that can’t host more than 15 people.

For the food
While some people would feel very excited when there are many dining options, others want to keep things simple. If you belong to the second group of people, then you’ll be happy to learn that you can only choose between the casual Historic Dining Room and the Courtyard Cafe.

For the wild buffalos
It’s hard to imagine wild buffalos still exist, but they do. Almost everyone likes a good glass of wine. Others like to know about the winemaking process, or simply like the feeling a vineyard gives. In any case the wine made by Satek Winery can’t be found in stores, and if you buy 2 bottles you can taste the wine for free.
