Santa Fe is a gorgeous destination. Enjoy everything that the city has to offer, and check out the five reasons to go to Inn of the Governors.

Dining and nightlife
Start your day with a hot breakfast, and then have lunch at Del Charro Saloon. The light dishes are a perfect match for the warm weather. Enjoy a homemade burger, try a salad and don't forget to ask for the traditional dessert recipes. At night, visit a nightclub such as Skylight Santa Fe.

Visit Santa Fe Plaza
Get a taste of the city by visiting the Santa Fe Plaza. Located downtown, the Plaza was established in 1610 and is now a main touristic attraction. If you go there during daytime, you may be able to buy crafts and jewelry from the local artists.

Go to the Historic Canyon Road
The famous Canyon Road is a true art paradise. Attend the Passport to the Arts festival in May, or just browse around until you find that perfect painting you want to take home with you. Furthermore, the Canyon Road is also a good place for clothes shopping. The city's best boutiques are located here, so you can find the perfect item you have been looking for.

Visit some museums
The museums in Santa Fe are rich in history and culture. Georgia O’Keeffe Museum was established in 1997, and is Santa Fe's most famous building. You may also enjoy a trip to Museum Hill, which encompasses a restaurant and cafe.

Opt for a day trip
Inn of the Governors provides day trip packages, so all you need to do is choose the one you want. Visit the scenic DH Lawrence Ranch for a weekend adventure, or drive to Jemez Mountain Trail for a day. The hotel also provides maps and various itineraries for guests to enjoy.
